~Hola Amigos~
I Have a great mood today and don't even want to argue about piracy, copyright, law and blah, blah, blah. I'll just remove the kit to make some people happy.
I learned: Copyright infringement (or copyright violation) is the unauthorized use of material that is covered by copyright law, in a manner that violates one of the copyright owner's exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works." So, maybe, I was really violating Marvel's copyright law, but not to make profit from my work. Now, about my new kit =)
This is new kit I've made for my 1000 places to see before die series.

I took Spain. I've never been there, and maybe the elements I took don't show all the sides of this country, but anyway I love the kit. Love it more than all other kits I made before. I named it "Hola Amigos" which means "Hi my Friends". The kit includes: 56 elements and 6 backgrounds. I played with the kit all day and made some layouts:

Also. I want to thank you for all the supportive messages and for beautiful layouts you send to me. It's great to know that my kits are in use.
Hope you enjoy each day of summer
P.S Hope I didn't violent ANY copyright law by using the clipart images in the kit =)

Thank you very much for all these wonderful travelling kits that you are creating and sharing! I loved the one about Italy as I am Italian. And I loved the cruise element on this last one because I am going on a cruise next September. Any plan about doing a Russia kit sooner or later? I hope you have in mind some place that I will visit during my cruise so I can use your wonderful kits when I am back!! I visited Spain last year already. Thanks again!

Asal:

Go over to http://www.creativecommons.org and click on the Find Link and start looking for images that you can legally alter and also claim as your own. If you have never read through what the Creative Commons (free) licensing is, take the time to review it and memorize what each part of the Creative Commons symbols mean. There are plenty of alternatives to using copyright restricted material and it will take the headache out of things.

Keep up the design work. It's lovely!

The only way to be sure that an image is okay to use is if the copyright owner says its okay. If it's unclear or not stated, that doesn't mean it's okay and it's always best to contact them if you're unsure. You could get in a world of legal and financial trouble, especially using from a large company such as Marvel. By your "if it's free, it's okay" thought process, I can then take whatever you have to offer here on this site and put it in all my kits to give away to everyone. You can see how using Marvel Comics images, images from the Twilight series or any other digi or paper scrap designer is all the same thing.

thanks for the kit, these are great for the album recording my husband's naval career and the countries he's visited.
Re the copyright, check it all out for your own peace of mind, some companies can be really nasty about it. Your talent is truly outstanding, don't get bogged down by worry. And I bet that all the people complaining about it had downloaded your kit first!!!

Plus - I love your layouts. You are very talented. Are you going to study graphic design or something, in Manchester?

Wow, this kit is awesome!! I can finally scrap all my pictures from Spain!!
Minor side note: the money bills are "pesos", they are not from Spain where they used to use "pesetas" and now "euros".
You are sooo talented! Wonderful, wonderful work. Thanks for sharing!!!
